Cara
membuat:
1. Isi,
lumuri ayam dengan garam dan merica bubuk. Diamkan 15 menit. Panggang di atas
pan sampai matang. Potong-potong kotak. Aduk rata bersama keju, mayones,
garam, dan susu kental manis.
2. Kulit,
campur tepung terigu, ragi instan, susu bubuk, gula pasir, dan baking powder.
Aduk rata.
3. Masukkan
telur dan air es sedikit-sedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis. Tambahkan
margarin dan garam. Uleni sampai elastis. Diamkan 20 menit.
4. Kempiskan
adonan. Timbang masing-masing 20 gram. Bentuk bulat. Diamkan 10 menit.
5. Pipihkan.
Beri isi dan sepotong telur. Bentuk bulat. Letakkan di atas selembar kulit
lumpia. Beri ruang agar adonan bisa mengembang. Ikat ujungnya dengan daun
kucai. Letakkan di loyang yang ditabur tipis tepung terigu. Diamkan 45 menit.
6. Goreng
dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan di atas api kecil sampai matang.
