How To Make LEITE-CREME PORTUGUESA




Ingredients :
1 sheet ready-made puff pastry
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
75 grams of sugar flour
250 ml milk
125 ml of thick cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste



How to make :

Step 1
Take a sheet of puff pastry. Roll. Cut into 1/2 cm. Milled thin. Put it in the muffin tin.

Step 2
Beat the eggs and sugar loose flour. Add the milk, of thick cream, and vanilla paste. Stir well.

Step 3
Pour over puff pastry.

Step 4
Under fire oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius 25 minutes until cooked and browned.
