How To Make Rainbow Cake
ingredients :
- 300 grams of sugar
- 300 ml cooking oil
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 8 eggs
- Butter cream
- To taste food coloring ( red , orange , yellow , green , blue , purple )
- 1 teaspoon emulsifier
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make :
Step 1
Whisk 8 eggs with 300 grams of granulated sugar using a mixer until dough is well blended and smooth . Then enter 1 teaspoon emulsifier , 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt , and beat until fluffy .
Step 2
Then take a little dough on top , then place in a small bowl , then mix with cooking oil , stir until well blended , set aside.
Step 3
Enter the flour gradually and stir until evenly mixed . Then enter the mixed dough have been given earlier oil , mix again until blended .
Step 4
After that divide the dough into 6 sections on each different container , then every batter in the given perwana different foods as well .
Step 5
Use a baking sheet measuring 24 x 12 cm ( or as desired ) , cover with baking paper and give a thin smear of butter , then pour the batter into it .
Step 6
The steamed dough for about 20 minutes, remove and let cool .
Step 7
Give a pad of paper or plastic bread width at the bottom of the table to prepare the dough each .
Step 8
Then set up the dough to the desired color according to taste , and then give a thin smear of butter cream on the layers.
Step 9
If you've arranged neatly , cover all parts of the cake with the remaining butter cream before, and ornamental according to taste .
Rainbow steamed cake ready to serve.
