How To Make CHICKEN SPINACH BREAD FLOUR


Many children who are difficult if you have to eat vegetables. Well to solve it you can mix the spinach in sajia similar to the chicken nuggets. Ingredients:

How to make: 

Mix chicken, chicken skin, carrots, spinach, bread, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir well. 

Put it in the pan size 18x18x4 cm were already covered with plastic beroles vegetable oil. Steam 20 minutes until cooked, remove and let cool. 

Remove from pan. Cut into pieces the size of 2x6x1cm. Dip into the egg. Roll over bread crumbs. Dip into the egg. Roll back to the bread crumbs. 

Fry until cooked. Serve with a complement.
