How To Make CHILI COOK CHICKEN LIVER Terasi





 
Fried chicken livers have this taste better with a bandage spice blended with a fitting on the tongue. Try to present a chili cook chicken liver paste it as a lunch menu or dinner with family.

ingredients:
 
10 pieces of chicken liver, cleaned
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar


Subtle Seasonings:
 
3 large red chilies
3 pieces of red chili
5 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste,
grilled

How to make:
1.   Marinate chicken liver with garlic, coriander, and salt. Let stand 30 minutes. Fry until cooked. Set aside. 


2.  Heat oil, saute ground spices until cooked. Add coconut milk, salt and sugar.  Boil while stirring until boiling.
3.   Enter the chicken liver. Stir well. Cook until done. Lift.





For 10 servings
