MUFFIN COKELAT
Bahan-bumbu:
325 ml susu cair
1/2 sendok makan ragi instan
1 sendok teh gula pasir
450 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
30 gram margarin
1/2 sendok teh garam
Bahan Isi:
100 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong
Cara membuat:
1. Rebus susu cair sampai hangat. Tambahkan ragi instan dan gula. Aduk rata. Diamkan 15 menit sampai berbusa.
2. Tuang campuran ragi ke dalam tepung terigu. Uleni hingga kalis. Tambahkan margarin dan garam. Uleni sampai elastis.
3. Diamkan adonan 30 menit sampai mengembang. Timbang adonan masing-masing 60 gram. Beri isi. Bentuk bulat pipih.
4. Panggang adonan muffin di dalam wajan antilengket yang sudah dioles margarin sampai mengembang dan berwarna kecokelatan. Balik. Masak hingga matang.
