SUS POTATOES CHOCOLATE SAUCE

150 ml air
25 gram gula pasir
1/4 sendok teh garam
150 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
1/2 sendok teh baking powder
2 butir telur
minyak untuk menggoreng
Bahan Saus Cokelat:
150 ml susu cair
100 gram gula pasir halus
2 sendok teh maizena
50 gram cokelat masak pekat, dipotong-potong
1/2 sendok makan wijen, disangrai untuk taburan
Cara
membuat:
1. Rebus
margarin, air, gula, dan garam sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Angkat. Masukkan
tepung terigu dan baking powder. Aduk sampai kalis. Tambahkan kentang. Kocok
rata.
2. Tambahkan
telur. Kocok rata. Masukkan dalam kantung plastik segitiga.
3. Semprotkan
adonan memanjang dengan spuit, 6 cm ke dalam minyak yang sudah
dipanaskan.
4. Goreng
sampai matang dan kering. Angkat. Tiriskan.
5. Saus,
rebus susu, gula, dan maizena. Masak sambil diaduk hingga meletup-letup.
Matikan api. Tambahkan cokelat masak pekat. Aduk hingga larut.
6. Sajikan
sus kentang saus cokelat dan taburan wijen.
