Bahan Isi:
500 ml susu cair
100 gram gula pasir
1/4 sendok teh garam
15 gram tepung terigu
25 gram maizena
1 kuning telur
2 sendok makan margarin
1/8 sendok teh pasta vanila
100 gram talas, dikukus, dipotong kotak 1 cm
Cara
membuat:
1. Dadar,
campur tepung terigu, maizena, gula tepung, dan garam. Aduk rata.
Sisihkan.
2. Campur
telur dan susu cair. Tambahkan pasta talas, dan margarin. Aduk rata.
3. Tuang
sedikit-sedikit ke dalam campuran tepung sambil diaduk rata. Buat dadar tipis
di pan antilengket 12 cm. Sisihkan.
4. Isi,
campur susu cair, gula, garam, tepung terigu, dan maizena. Masak sambil diaduk
hingga meletup-letup. Matikan api. Aduk-aduk hingga uap hilang. Tambahkan
kuning telur. Aduk cepat. Masak kembali sambil diaduk hingga meletup-letup
kembali.
5. Masukkan
margarin dan pasta vanila. Aduk rata. Tambahkan talas. Aduk rata.
6. Ambil
selembar dadar. Oleskan isi. Gulung. Lakukan sampai dadar habis.
